We prepare everything on site from the finest ingredients available. We source seasonal, best of British, local produce – never compromising on quality. Using Aubrey Allen who have won the title of Butcher of the Year on numerous occasions and are currently Ethical Butcher of the year.
We also use renowned ice-cream makers Joe Delucci’s and Fowlers the oldest cheese makers in Britain who are situated just around the corner in Earlswood. Please ask us if you require anymore information on the source of your delicious food.
