Every Sunday we offer the very best roasted meats available.
We choose the best cut of beef for roasting and accompany it with all your favourite trimmings – our famous crunchy roasties, yorkshire pud, cauliflower cheese and fresh vegetables.
What makes our roast beef stand head and shoulders above the rest though is our little secret. If we tell you do you promise to keep it between us?
We slow roast the prime SIRLOIN of beef for twelve hours on a low heat to medium rare giving you that melt in the mouth sensation you spend your Sundays searching for.
Oh and for those of you who like it cooked through more, then if that’s what you want then that’s what you’ll get.
Beef not your thing? Well don’t worry because as well as our increasingly famous beef, we also usually offer another roast be it Pork, Chicken or Lamb.
Same strategy applies – source the best meats available and cook them the best way possible.
Its not rocket science but it doesn’t half make for a superb roast dinner!
